What we do

Three ways we get your sink working again

Most calls fall into one of these. If yours doesn't, tell us anyway — we'll say so honestly if it isn't our job.

Replacement

Old unit out, new unit in — including the drain arm, mounting assembly, and dishwasher connection. Typically 60–90 minutes. We haul the old one away.

First-time installation

No disposal under there yet? We handle the sink flange, the electrical whip or cord kit, and the dishwasher knockout — and we tell you upfront if your setup needs an electrician first.

Diagnosis & repair

Jams, hums, leaks, and dead units. Plenty of disposals get replaced that only needed a hex wrench and a reset button — we'd rather tell you that than sell you a motor.

Before you call anyone, spend five minutes here.

Our free symptom-by-symptom diagnostic walks through the fixes that don't need a plumber. If it turns out you do need one, you'll at least know what to ask for.

Our picks

Disposals we'd actually put in our own kitchens

These are the units we install most and see fail least. Buy one wherever you like and we'll fit it, or let us bring the unit — we don't charge more either way. Prices shown are typical retail and change often.
